FAQs – Your Questions Answered

We get asked a lot of questions about our products and how we operate, so for your convenience we’ve added some of the most frequently asked questions to this page.

Q. Are you more expensive than an internet provider?

No. In actual fact, when you add up the free installation and networking, face to face training and support, and the higher quality, longer lasting hardware, you’ll find that in the long run, our systems are significantly cheaper.

Q. Isn’t your company too small to handle large accounts?

No. We are the only key partner of Panasonic in the UK for Epos products, and we were partner of the year for ICR Touch, our award-winning software producer. These relationships and our long experience allow us to easily look after large customer accounts such as McDonalds and KFC.

Q. Do we get training?

Yes, you receive full training before operation, and free unlimited training for as long as you are a customer.

Q. Is the training face to face or remote?

Our free initial training is all done face to face, not remotely – as is our free after sales support for the first 12 months.

Q. Can we pay monthly?

Yes, we have monthly payment plans ranging from 1 to 5 years.

Q. How long does it take to install the till?

From beginning to end we can install within a matter of a few days.

Q. What’s the process after ordering?

We take a copy of your menus, tariffs or product lists - we program the till and consult with you regarding layout - we network if needed, then install and train on the agreed dates

Q. What happens if I lose internet?

It makes no difference. Your till will work as normal and store the information until an internet connection is back on, then it will post to the cloud

Q. Can we limit what some members of staff can do/see on the till?

Yes, each staff member can have whatever level of access you want them to have.

Q. Will my data be shared with others?

No, our systems are secure and your data is shared with nobody.
